I currently accept private pay only. Private pay allows for a personalized therapy approach, without the constraints that can come with using insurance. This means we can shape therapy to fit your child's needs, without limitations on number of sessions or duration of care. I accept both cash and credit card payments. After our session, I'll send you an invoice through Square, which allows you to securely pay online with just a few clicks. Payment is due at time of service. Here are some resources I've found that may provide financial assistance for private speech therapy. I am in no way affiliated with these organizations and I am not familiar with their protocols, but they may be worth looking into if cost is a significant barrier to getting the therapy your child needs. First, reach out to me via call, text, or email. I'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss what concerns you have regarding your child's speech. During this call, we will schedule the initial evaluation. The initial evaluation will take place in my office or over a video call. It usually takes about 45-60 minutes. After the evaluation, we will schedule future sessions. The recommended frequency will vary depending on your child's needs and what works for your family. I will provide you with a formal, typed evaluation report within one week of the evaluation. Each session is typically 30 minutes long. Sessions may be up to 45 minutes long for teenagers and adults, as their attention span can typically tolerate a longer session. I typically recommend 1-3 sessions per week, depending on the client's specific needs. Duration and frequency of sessions will be discussed and recommended following the initial evaluation.
